Flight home was delayed and then this is what I got back to at the airport parking lot. I’m beginning to think the FoST is cursed.

Not how I wanted to end my night. Didn’t get home until almost 1... It was a long day.

Holy crap, that SUCKS! I had a similar situation recently. We were parked at the hospital because, you know, birth and we come out a few days later to a huge and weird pattern of marks down the entire side of our Crosstrek. It was like someone shoved something against the car and repeatedly dragged it down. I was so mad. I feel your pain, man. Check with airport security for some camera footage?

First: congrats!

Second: I hung around to track someone down since it was late. They got a supervisor over to do a incident report and take some (terrible) pictures. The guy remained objective and refused to speculate, which I appreciate cuz I was exhausted and pissed off. There is a security camera less than 100 feet from where I was parked so they could have something. I took a shot of where I parked before I left and the only car that is missing is the one that parked on that side...if they have the footage to confirm it was him, I have his plate.

I'm just hoping they have something for me and it will work out.

Damn, that's shitty :-(

The FoST must be cusrsed. I had the same thing happen to mine on Saturday in a parking lot WHILE I WAS PARKED AND SITTING IN THE CAR. But the scratches don't seem too deep.

That's two more FoSTs that have fallen victim to the curse...who's still left?!

My mirror was ripped off during the winter...this is just adding to the list. I'm waiting to join the list of totaled vehicles.

That sucks, people suck. I thought the same thing when I bought my car. Literally the 3rd day I ran over a bungee cord that got stuck in my tire, the 2nd month I got hail damage, the third month I had someone's car toss a rock into the windshield cracking it, the sixth month someone hit me in the rear just enough to scratch it right in the center of the bumper, 9th month someone backed into me and messed up the fiberglass on my front bumper, just after 1 yr timing chain stretched and had to be replaced. It's been a few months now with no issues, I hope to continue the trend.

It's weird...this car is like a magnet for little things. Someone stole my passenger mirror, people open their doors against it WITH ME THERE, roofing nails in the tire, this. Nothing crazy but it's been building in "severity" over the past 20 months so I'm just waiting for the next big thing.
